FLH São Bento Charming Flat

Recht zentral gelegen mit ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum. Geräumige Zimmer mit großem und modernem Bad. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ein großer Supermarkt für alle Lebensmittel und Backwaren war gerade um die Ecke gelegen.

Wir waren 4 Gäste, es gab nur 3 Tassen. Salz und Pfeffer hätte der Küchenausstattung gutgetan. Auch wäre ein dritter Topf hilfreich gewesen. Bei einem der vorhandenen beiden Töpfe war kein Griff mehr. Dies hat überhaupt gar nicht zum sonst guten Ausstattungsniveau gepasst. Auch war 1 Spülmaschinentab für 4 Personen bei 4 Übernachtungen nicht gerade üppig bemessen.

Location in the old town easy to access the ferry, train, bus and tram. Breakfast restaurant 'Folks', up the road very nice. The airport transfer was not booked for departure, so i had to make another booking the day before departure, host immediately sorted this out and made a new booking sending confirmation promptly.

The floor inside the apartment by the entrance of the bathroom was damaged, making me feel like i could fall through it as it moved under my feet, i messaged the host to advise them. Floor made a lot of crunching noise where the damage is, and we tripped over the loose boards several times. The bathroom had mold on the floor and around the bath in the corners. The carpet in the lounge is dirty. The sleeper couch was very uncomfortable. Towels and linen were provided on arrival, but nothing else during the 7 days. The doors were very hard to open, and we got locked in the bathroom and the house several times, struggling to open the doors, we ended up not closing the bathroom door in fear of being locked in. The street people who came out few doors up in the mornings staying on the street, making for an uncomfortable experience. The construction of the building by the lounge side was very loud during the day, making it impossible to sleep in. I know i booked a budget holiday, but this did not meet my standards, My husband and family did make the most of it and enjoyed the stay.

Good lighting and comfortable sofa bed (for the TV). Lots of kitchen items (teapot and Expresso stovetop coffee makers) nice plates and glasses.Small and large supermarkets close by. Tram wasn't running so location much quieter than anticipated.Windows triple glazed and apartment at rear from the road. Aircon very quiet. Many restaurants in the area but not noisy or too many tourists. Hills would be a problem if you have mobility issues but just use Bolt or Uber to get around rather than the Navigiente card

Bath and shower access was a very high step so tricky for me as I had developed a knee problem. Taxi driver used an incomplete address so we were left on Rua do Poasas rather than Cruz but not difficult walk through to the location. (Very unusual for Lisbon taxis). Missed the microwave. Problems with Whatapp - delayed responses - at the main railway station made getting the key access a bit uncertain but not the fault of our host.

Easy to access, great location, really nice apartment!

Think the only thing I would say could be improved are the pillows. It wasn't a very good pillow and no extra were available in the flat.

Nice apartment, has everything required for comfortable stay. Good location, not in tourist center but very close in 10 - 15 minutes walk.

Flooring in corridor need urgent repair, tripping hazard, a bit unsafe to pass.

Super comfy place, clean, accurate, modern, minimalist design and spatiously. Great staff. Strongly recommend this apartment.
