We arrived at this hotel and left after 1 hour. it looked nothing like the pictures displayed online. the room was very dark and dirty. the curtains were covered in dirt, the room looked like it had not been dusted for weeks and the floor was dirty too. the bathroom looked like it had been taken from a prison. there was a lengthy back and forth for the hotel to agree to give us a refund. do not let the hotel’s view deceive you.

"Real flop!!"

We booked 2 rooms, 1 Bungalow was okay but not really clean and the pool in front had no water?! The other room was totally dirty, mold / large stains on the wall, wallpaper hanging from the wall and in the bathroom was only a piece of metal sheet as a ceiling (only covering a small part), bathroom dirty! All in all in need of renovation! The hotel is difficult to reach and the road is a disaster! After we complained about the 2nd room we got another bungalow, however, we canceled the visit after only one night and left the hotel... The staff at the reception could hardly understand English, besides, we paid 300k for twice shuttle driver (a 15 minutes) which was totally overpriced! our complaint due Booking.com was no longer responded (we tried this way as the staff at the hotel didn’t understand a word)
