Beautiful urban apartment 2

Location was central and an easy walk to dinner and what we were wanting to do. The space itself is GREAT - light, modern, clean, comfortable beds/linens, just what we were hoping for. I would say it is better than the pictures. Rooftop deck was perfect for reading in the sun and sharing a glass of wine. Host was a real character in the best way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it had everything we needed and more.

Only negative about the property was the stairs - carrying luggage up and down two flights of stairs was tough as well as internal flight of stairs to get to and from lounge/bathrooms everytime. Okay if you good with stairs but they are steep.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, virtually brand new, includes everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is next level amazing, perfect for afternoon drinks after a hectic day. The location is central to everything, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We had Xmas in Christchurch, but would have been amazing to have Xmas on the balcony

Central, very clean, spacious with great outdoor area

Nanette was lovely and very welcoming. She gave me a full rundown of the property and was very helpful. The property was immaculate and had everything you could need.

The location was fantastic. The property was like a tardis - it looked small but after walking through the front door you just kept finding more rooms and lots of space. A lot of thought has gone into this property. Excellent bathrooms, fantastic laundry facilities, well equipped kitchen and an amazing decking area to sit out on. Not to mention the view from the kitchen dining area - breathtaking.
