I never get to use the place. The owner lives in the apartment and said I booked for one guest and we are 2. We expect him to help out to get us sorted even if we had to rebook to accommodate what he said because at that time, our phones were off. He was more particular about us leaving g the apartment even after telling him we came all the way from Sheffield. When we were trying to express our concerns, he said we were making noise and disturbing his guest when we are supposed to be his guests as well. We left that night not knowing where to sleep. We booked another place but that was also difficult to locate. I think the man doesn't know anything about hospitality business. We even suggest he calls Booking.com on our behalf and if we need to update our bookings, we can go ahead to do that, he said it is not his business to do that. This is not right at all and should not be overlooked. He has our money and not ready to make us comfortable. The first goal in hospitality is to create a safe place (Shelter) for people. We might end up paying more but knowing that we are truly accommodated is satisfaction. This happened around 9pm - 10pm and our phones were off. Our lives were at risk and it was cool and raining as well. Such a bad customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life.
