How new, clean and well kept it was. Such a great access video that was sent before hand as I would have missed the turning form the postcode attached-so this was wonderful.

Nothing-it was beautiful and even the smallest touches like the fresh croissants, chocolate and breakfast cereal that were left were lovely!
