The location was convenient and the apartment was comfortable

On arrival, the apartment was not as clean as it could have been and there were dishes in the drainer which had not been washed properly, The property was under-equipped - crockery and cutlery was obviously intended to be in sets of four, which was inadequate for two people if we were to have used the dishwasher. In addition, there were only three bowls, three spoons, three forks and three teaspoons. There were no table/serving spoons and no serving dishes (eg for salad and fruit). There was no teapot, cafetiere or corkscrew. Two of the four dining chairs were wobbly. It was surprising that, for a property welcoming a sequence of visitors, there were no mattress or pillow protectors. In the en suite, the toilet lid and seat would not stay up and the ventilation fan did not work. This was obviously having an effect on the fabric of the room because of condensation (eg the radiator). We have used Booking.com for several years while completing the Wales Coast Path; this was the most expensive and least well equipped and presented.

Location was safe and attractive. Flat was lovely and spacious. Toilets were amazing and very clean. Heating and water was optimum temperature. Perfect!

Communication with host could have been better as microwave was tricky and we were not able to get support.

Booked and paid full for this property tried contacting the owners to be ignored and left with no where to stay, avoid booking!

Türcode und Schlüsseltresor für die Wohnung, war super, da man so jederzeit an- und abreisen kann. Wohnung ist gemütlich und 2 Badezimmer sind ein Plus. Uns hat es gefallen und man ist auch in Kürze auf der Autobahn. Wohnviertel ist ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ASDA-Markt) nicht weit weg (Auto 3 Minuten).

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön gewesen.

Really clean and modern apartment, with everything required for a small group

Bright. A nice sized apartment with 2 decent bathrooms. Well ventilated once all windows are open. Beds were comfortable. Roomy and sturdy sofas in the sitting room. In a quiet neighbourhood. Has the potential to be great. Good for our one night stay.

Needs a whole load of TLC. Dining chairs were a hazard to sit upon, one cracked, the other falling off the legs. A good clean up is needed, bathrooms had hair, all windows had cobwebs, kitchen had grime, bed linen was bobbled and looked sad, peeling and chipping fittings. Both bathroom doors don’t shut, we had to wedge a bag to keep it closed. As mentioned in earlier comments , the master toilet lid does not remain open, it’s not fixed. Kitchen equipment not in great condition if you want to cook anything.

Bei unserer Ankunft war bereits jemand in unserer Wohnung. Die Person war nicht persönlich anwesend, sondern nur ein paar Utensilien. Wir wurden angewiesen diese Utensilien vor die Türe zu stellen. Dennoch war die Situation für uns nicht zufriedenstellend.
