Locks were tricky meaning doors not easy to open and could do with locks on the bathroom doors.

Tout était parfait : de la communication avant l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. L'appartement est tout neuf, les lits et les oreillers TRES confortables, les 2 salles de bain avec wc parfaites, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la climatisation est silencieuse et efficace, bref ce fut un bonheur d'y séjourner 4 nuits 🙂! La localisation est parfaite, au calme pour dormir et proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces de la via fillango. En.outre, un parking gratuit (ospedale) est disponible à 10min. Je recommande vivement, sans aucune réserve. Juste pour information les marches des 2 étages sont assez hautes, donc peuvent être compliquées en cas de mobilité réduite.

This was our second time staying in this apartment. Perfect for 3 friends as we all had our own double bedroom. Having the 2 bathrooms is a real time saver too. Apartment is spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Piazza san Francesco is less than 1 minute walk with lovely restaurants for food, drinks or even just a coffee. Piazza dell’Anfiteatro is just a 5 minute walk. We loved our time in Lucca and will definitely be back.

We liked the convenient location and the size of the rooms as well as being really stylish it was very clean and welcoming.

We had problems using both keys. The outer door was tricky, although one of the other residents showed us the knack of how to open it. The door to the flat took several turns to open and it was hit and miss when it would open which was very frustrating.

central location, spacious, really nice apartment

Excellent location, right in the centre of Lucca. Only 5 minutes walk to nearest shop and restaurants. Spacious apartment with 3 good size double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for groups or families.

Only downside was the early 10am checkout. That said, I do understand it is very busy in high season and it wouldn’t stop me from staying again.
