The property was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs.

Perfectly placed in a plush estate. Chic and high end rooms with superlative stay experience. Must say, the staff is genuinely Warm. While here, try the Lal Maas. 👍

Hard to find the miss

Great modern hotel. We were travelling from Agra to Dehradun so stayed here as a one-night stopover as a group of 8. Great rooms, nice restaurant, good food, great bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I was in the area.

This seems to be a recurring theme across the 6 hotels we stayed at in North India, but the rooms and public spaces were very cold. One small heater for the bedroom was not enough to heat the room when around 3-4 degrees Celsius outside in the evenings/night. The restaurant was also equally as cold, so we were all wrapped with our coats and hats while there in the evening. Rooms did feel a touch overpriced.

The location was good

The overall service was not good. They did not inform that most of the amenities were booked for a family function and we could access their cafe, the restaurant was extremely busy and chaotic. The horse riding was completely booked so we couldn’t even experience after paying a huge amount for our 2 night stay. We booked a garden view suite but the same family function was going on and their was a hi-tea spread in-front of our garden completely blocking for us making it impossible to enjoy the view and amenity. Food options were limited and again refused a lot of options due to ongoing family event. The family played loud music until 1.30 AM and too noisy. It was a bad experience. We went their for a peaceful weekend and did not like their overall hospitality and service.
