The whole building is modern and well maintained. The apartment is squeaky clean and has modern furnishing with comfortable bed and couch. The view of the ocean and seeing ships arriving and departing is amazing yet not noisy. The security of the area is manned by security personnel. A well maintained, quite and beautiful point beach is metres away from Eastpoint and so is uShaka precinct.
