Luxurious in Heart of Tunis

The apt is big

Everything was dirty, toilet, bathroom, the floor in the bathroom, the sink, the stove. No kettle, nothing to make the stove work. No mugs, no toilet paper, no kitchen paper, no kitchen towels. I notified that the apt was dirty, the owner said that the cleaning person came, but she cleaned a bit the stove, and the rest remained disgusting as before. I stayed 2 nights, I couldn't even use the toilet properly. No cleaning products and sponges to at least clean the toilet myself. Not fair, though, but at least it could have helped.

I proprietari sono arrivati un ora dopo al check in, non c era carta igienica, la tazza del water rotta, lo scarico smurato, non c erano asciugamani, bella vasca ma sporchissima e senza scarico adeguato

Location was good, and the property was large

The over-powering scent of cleaning fluids, particularly on the bedding was intense and headache inducing. It was not clear from the outset that payment was required in cash. We had to follow up a couple of times to ibtain bath towels. One of the bed frames fell apart when I got into bed, and now I am being asked to pay for the repair if the bed!

La amabilidad del personal

Todo necesita bastante reforma y limpieza aunque las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y atentos.

Personnel très gentil et emplacement de l'appartement en plein centre ville pas besoin de voiture

Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes, super accessible! De plus, c’était très grand et très agréable.

Les toilettes n’étaient pas en super état, bien que convenables. Certains outils/ustensiles n’étaient pas présents.
