I rented room 2 for a couple of days in November. I think because of the windows, it didn't stay warm in the afternoons and evenings. It would alternate between 60-65 degrees. There was only one blanket, so I had to wear warm clothes throughout the day and to bed. It ended up not being a big deal to me, but I'm mentioning it here just as a heads up to future travelers.

SGUSThe hostess remained in contact with me making sure I arrived at the property and that my room was ready upon my arrival. The personal touches throughout the property making it more of a home visit than a business trip. The location of the property is on the bus line and near a gas station if you drive. The bed is awesome I truly enjoyed my one day off.

A bedside lamp would have been nice. Also a few words about kitchen use - I felt uncomfortable looking for coffee cups, and left without. Contact with staff during the stay would make it a bit more personal.
USThe house is ideal for solo travelers. The TV had a ton of channels and the room and bed were very functional with several outlets to charge your devices. The kitchen and washer dryer were both modern and new.
The location is not ideal and if you are not familiar with the neighborhood, it is some distance from downtown Baltimore. The key is researching the location and available transportation. Inside, the house is very secure.
