Parfait ! hotel magnifique très bien entretenu propre, belle piscine, cadre extérieur superbe, personnel attentionné aux petits soin, bonne literie.restaurant grill tres bon, large choix au niveau du buffet...20mns du centre..

Chambre qui manque de décorations , meuble sombre, salle de bain très mal agencée perte de place et du coup manque de place.. Système de lock de porte qu'il faudrait changer afin de faire en sorte qu'elle ne claque pas fortement car inutile de vous dire que les clients se sentent seuls au monde et qu a 6h30 du matin ou minuit ils en ont rien a faire de faire claquer leur porte et donc de réveiller les autres ..il faudrait que les coach de la salle des sport fasse sorte que la salles ont propre et matériel nettoyé interdire les bébés et petits enfants de rentrer de faire le bazarre même accompagnés de parents ils n ont rien a faire dans une salle de sport ce n est pas une aire de jeux.

The wedding function held near the pool area caused some discomfort due to privacy concerns. A more separate and exclusive space for such events could have provided a better experience for the guests. Guests generally look for privacy, calm surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere during their stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better planning of event spaces would help enhance the guest experience further.

The hotel had a very good ambience with neat and comfortable rooms, making the stay relaxing overall. The staff were polite and professional in their approach. However, the room service experience was quite disappointing. Food service took an unusually long time, often between 1–2 hours. Additionally, whenever a repeat order was placed, the response from the staff felt discouraging, as they repeatedly mentioned delays of 30–45 minutes before even accepting the order. This created an impression that additional orders were being taken hesitantly rather than willingly. While the property and rooms were pleasant, the hotel seriously needs to improve the efficiency and attitude of its room service operations to provide a better guest experience.
