The location of the property is great. Overlooking the waters and surrounded by greenery

The room that was given to us was not clean and the aircon was not working. We requested for these to be rectified at 6pm and went out of the property. We spoke to 3 different people at the reception and even passed over our keycard so that they have access to do the needful. When we returned at 9pm we found that nothing had been done because they got the room number wrong and did not even clarify. Travelling with a 6 month old baby and coming back to a hot and dirty room is not the way to end the night. After much back and forth, maintenance came and figured that the driver of the aircon was spoilt and their solution was to move rooms. Imagine having to move all our things at 10pm with an infant and all his things! We did move but the new room was equally dirty! The least they could have done is to check that the new room was in order before taking us there. At this point we were really done with the lack of care provided and the only thing they could tell us is that they could move us to another room AGAIN and provide a complimentary speed boat ride. What a joke! We rejected both offers as it was already 1045pm and we had our baby and his things to settle. There was no point in talking further. At the end of our stay, there was no apology or any form of service recovery provided during check out even though they knew if they had set things right we would be potentially return for future stays. Shifting multiple rooms is by no way a form of service recovery and leaving fruits, snacks and sweets from the morning buffet in the room is also not a form of service recovery. The worst experience you would want to have while travelling with a baby. We honestly went to the property with clear expectations and they were well aware that we had moved from another hotel due to cleanliness.

Its value for money, and lot of activities, and enjoyed boating

Old carpet in corridor which need replacement also no ac in corridors , bedroom windows need to be changed not really safe for kids .

The location, the views over the river, the immaculate and extensive garden. Very comfortable room with balcony; bathroom with top-notch facilities. Highly qualified staff
