I stayed at Raviz Kadavu on the 18th, the property is well-maintained. The rooms were clean, the outdoor area was spacious with a large swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Breakfast was good, but it lacked variety in non-Indian dishes. I was quite disappointed with the hospitality and front desk experience. I arrived around 10 AM with the intention of completing the check-in formalities, leaving my baggage at the reception, and going out for shopping — so I could return around the official check-in time (2 PM) and go straight to my room. When I reached the front desk, 4–5 staff members were present, but none acknowledged me for over 10 minutes, even though I was the only guest waiting. Eventually, someone did assist me. I returned at 2:30 PM, expecting my room to be ready. Unfortunately, the room hadn’t even been assigned yet, and I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked about the delay, a staff member explained that the room was still being cleaned after the previous guest’s checkout. For a hotel of this standard, this level of service and lack of attentiveness was disappointing. While the resort itself is beautiful, the overall experience was impacted by the poor front desk service. That said, I would like to mention that the staff at the travel desk was very helpful and courteous.

Mobilier et deco plutôt démodé. Très cher en comparaison d’autres hôtels de ce type en Inde.
