"Disappointing Xmas Experience"

Proximity to Newry

- The seats had disgusting stains. - There were neither towels nor toilet paper. I reported it at 3:58 am and it wasn't resolved until 10:44 am. I appreciate the fact that it was Xmas time. That's why I didn't say anything.

We liked the location (as we love Johnny Murphy's pub), the ease of access (QR code), the modern room/furnishings and we were very grateful that the staff were able to accommodate an early check-in for us. Thank you!

Constructive criticism would be there was no toilet roll or sugar (with the tea making facilities) and there appeared to be some curry sauce stains on the side, so I think that might have been missed during cleaning.
