"Excellent modern apartment at a good rate and good owner."

New modern apartment with very good kitchen and bathroom. There are two balconies (small) that have a good view.

A few small things would be helpful: mop and bucket, ironing board, a couple of lights need new bulbs and some pictures on the walls.
