ININI booked this stay for my colleague and she mentioned these qualities of this place: Nice host and room was exact as seen in pictures. Refrigerator also available in Kitchen. Secured with Hall camera, outer CCTV and lady guards below the building and society main entrance too has a guard. IHM college girls hostel is present in same floor as well as above two floors, which makes stay comfortable for women traveler like me.
INOwner themselves take care of the property, homely stay. No interference of any sort, they let you be at your own comfort. It's near to all key locations in Naya Raipur. Bonus: Swiggy Zomato is allowed. Basic Kitchen setup also present to make Maggi, Coffee, Tea like stuffs.
