bar staff and Entertainment team OPA bend were wonderful guys, Very funny, friendly.

all inclusive - it was very small selection of food, not like as in Turkey all inclusive. and I was shocked when the reception told me that if I wanted to change beach towel, I had to pay money for it. the amount for towel was 2 euros, but it's very strange when you go to this type of hotel with all inclusive, with the pool, by the sea resort and you have to pay money for the beach towel. also I arrived to the hotel at 13:00 o'clock , asked if the room was ready, but had to wait until 2:50 , almost the check in time :) I also asked for late check out possibility, as my flight was late evening and I was rejected without adding money, just a few minutes was Possible, but could stay in the territory. To me, this is a pretty rude attitude.

Das essen war akzeptabel Pool war super Zimmer war schön groß und hatte einen Spiegel

Wir hatten als erstes ein Zimmer unten gehabt. Es waren viele kleine Tiere im Zimmer also an der wand. Man konnte nachts schlecht schlafen. Der Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Nach dem ich das weitergesagt habe, Hürden unser Zimmer gewechselt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer es doben ist und man hat direkt gemerkt dass es viel mehr sauber war. Aber da gab es auch ein Problem und zwar man konnte Toilette nicht richtig drücken. Es war aber viel angenehmer oben zu sein. Meine Herausforderung wurde gelöst. Das essen war Ansicht lecker aber es gab oft das gleiche essen. Die Bettwäsche wurden jedoch nicht jeden Tag gewechselt. Frau Elisabeth war aber sehr hilfreich gewesen und hat versucht mich bei jeden Problem eine Lösung zu finden. Super Mitarbeiterin

A simpatia das meninas da recepção

A casa de banho não tinha resguardo para a água do duche molhava a casa de banho toda, a comida era sempre do mesmo tinha muita quantidade mas a variedade era sempre a mesma o peixe era sempre o mesmo e os empregados do restaurante não eram muito simpáticos , os funcionários do bar da piscina eram 5 estrelas o jardim em redor de todo o alojamento estava muito mal tratado relva por cortar.
