I really loved everything. Max and Ilaria, the owners, made our stay more of an experience than a stay. The property is immaculate, spotless and modern. But they made it feel like we were visiting family instead of just staying at a B&B. The breakfasts were outstanding (Max is a chef), and they made fantastic recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try, in fact, they even made the arrangements for us and each one was better than the last. I cannot recommend this place enough. Ischia ended up being the highlight of our two week trip and all thanks to the “experience” provided at Vittoria Colonna and Max and Ilaria.

The accommodation is lovely, well located, with clean rooms and a generous, tasty breakfast. However, it's unfortunate that the owner tried to charge us €25 for each "stained" towel—allegedly four in total. We asked to see them, as the situation felt surreal, and it turned out that only one towel had a small makeup stain. We refused to pay, explaining that had we been given the towel, we would have gladly washed it ourselves. They have a policy we’ve never encountered before: if you stain a towel, you’re charged for it. The owner was extremely unpleasant, without cause. In the end, we didn’t pay the charge—it was completely unreasonable. This kind of policy is the last thing you'd expect from a so-called “luxury hotel.” Another point to consider: starting at 7 a.m., noise from the kitchen (clattering utensils, etc.) can be heard from the room next to it, which is quite disruptive. That said, if you manage to avoid staining any towels and don’t mind potential morning noise, the accommodation itself is beautiful and in a great location.

The owner. As it was explained in the below paragraph, she was completely unpolite with us. The atmosphere was good until one towel was stained with a bit of makeup. After that, she was like a police during the breakfast.

A stunningly beautiful room that looked brand new. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy. Highly recommend!
