City centre Top floor apartment in Belfast city centre

Location was great- above a cute courtyard with several places to eat. Felt really safe. It was spacious and had everything we needed for overnight stay. Modern and well decorated.

Only one small negative - we were 3 friends so we used the sofa bed in the front room as well as the two bedrooms- there is a sky light with no blind so was very light in the morning

Spacious and comfortable.

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom walls and I believe that is was set off my allergies while there.

in need of a refresh no hot water first night initially- had to text manager to get code for cupboard to reset boiler also a number of things in the apartment broken: 1.iron plug 2.cupboard door over washing machine fell off hinges 3. No mirror in one of bedrrons except small freestanding vanity mirror which was broken 4.crack in toilet seat in bathroom 5.blinds in lounge did not work properly

Great location, communication, and instructions on how to find the accommodation and key. Clean and spacious with all extras needed for a comfortable stay.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and not a lot of space for two, but manageable.

No plug for bath and water was cold in bath tap when we tried to use it

The location was excellent, the host was excellent , comfy beds. Good value .

In need of a few repairs especially the bathrooms and paintwork.

Small issue was responded to and dealt with swiftly. Overall it is a lovely apartment in a great location within a square hosting various restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment was modern, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Belfast.

Small things I know but its these little things that make the difference between average and great. Soft close toilet seats. Modernise the plug sockets to include usb charging ports especially in the bedrooms I dont mind instant but a coffee machine would be nice.
