I liked everything, the apartment had all the necessities, and most importantly, it wasn’t far from the city center.

The location is nice. The building is terrible!

Avoid this place in all cost! It is horrible! Here are the details of our nightmare: 1. The building is very old, and the front door lock (the entrance to the building) is not working. When we entered the building (evening time) there was a junky on the stairs near the elevator - but it got even worse - when we got up to the second floor using the elevator, crossed the two doors to the inner corridor- it was dark and to our diguss we stumbled upon a couple having oral sex! This was an unpleasant experience! After this unpleasant experience, we went through the corridor that was dark and frightening. 2. Once into the apartment, we immediately smell a strong smell of gas that didn't entirely disappear after opening the windows (overlooking an inner, quite frightening, court). 3. We had a personal, religious problem with one of the parts of the apartment (nothing to blame the owner of course). Right after entering the apartment (and the above experience), we wrote to the owner specifying the above and asked to leave the apartment with a respectful solution that will enable them to rent again the place and let us a partial reimbursement. They declined . They said they are not responsible for what is going outside the apartment (this is not true, as the outer door was not locked as above-mentioned), dismissed our person problem and ignored the gas smell problem. Having no other choice, we had to leave in the morning and find another place. 4. Above all - after we finished our stay, we got a claim from the owners as if we broke a water tank, which is a total lie. They knew our review is going to be bad, so it is clear that they attempted to throw the blame on us. This is outrageous! A complaint is going to be issued against these owners. 5. Another, more minor issue compared to the above, but also worth mentioning, is the fact that the kitchen and the bathroom are very very small and not comfortable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this apartment.

The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, even though it was in the heart of the action. The property was clean and spacious, offering a great environment for relaxation while still being close to everything you need.

The apartment was clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and in a great location, with everything needed for the stay. I really liked it and would definitely book it again for next time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID BOOKING.COM AND THIS PROPERTY. On the second day of our stay, we discovered a gas leak in the apartment that the owners simply brushed off. Despite multiple attempts to get them to investigate, they ghosted our messages and told us that “a small amount of gas in the apartment will not cause any health problems” , which is patently false as any amount of gas in an enclosed environment poses an immediate health and safety risk. Due to the owners negligence in addressing this situation, we were forced to book new accommodations for the remaining duration at our own expense. Booking.com was equally unhelpful and could not give us a refund and also ghosted us after 24 hours.
