Needs air conditioning systems. Very warm due to the windows being fixed and unable to get ventilation into the rooms .

The property was in a very good location, it was so easy to get to places, less than 10 minutes to get into the city centre, the parking was in a very safe place too.

the second bedroom is a bit small for 2 adults, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult, some of the property windows don't open so, did get hot at times, but a fan was provided so the problem was solved.

quiet location, easy access to the city centre, excellent facilities, warm and cosy, clean and tidy, very nice welcome pack, excellent parking.

quality of the toilet tissue (this seems to be an issue wherever we stay!), complex tv access (we are not very tech savvy!), noisy heating system - all rather minor issues!

The apartment is finished to a lovely standard and has been fitted out to be comfortable and stylish at the same time. Location is great for having a wander. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and loved the nice little touches including the excellent hamper.

Over zealous electrician has set the timers to short on the stairwell movement sensors so half the time you are feeling your way down in the dark until the next sensor picks you up. guess it was the same guy that wired the switching in the kitchen/diner/lounge 🤪 Check out time could be later?

"A well located apartment near the minster which was quiet, warm and comfortable"

The location was perfect for exploring York city. It was a cold weekend but the apartment was really warm and quiet too. Parking was easy.

The sofa seating was fine for two people but maybe be a bit too cosy for four!!
