Comfort Stay Apartment in the heart of Haywards Heath

Great location, free on site parking, permit provided and easy access, bright airy building and apartment which is very clean and comfortable. Friendly communication and information from host, responds to any queries. We were 2 adults and a teenager there was sufficient space for us to be comfortable. Booked again a few days later for our return trip.

No curtains on bedroom windows for keeping out light and extra privacy through the blinds, and maybe needs 2 extra regular pillows to give choice. We had a child to sleep on the sofa bed but there was no bottom sheet provided for it.

The property is very central, close to 2 supermarkets and the Haywards Heath train station. It was clean, living room was pleasant, useful having fridge, microwave, oven (and hob although not used). Nice desk/chair for work. Plenty of space for a 1-bedroom flat.

Biggest concern (affecting overall rating and value for money) is it isn't clear from the booking.com advert that this is someone's flat being used as a sublet - as suggested by locked cupboards/appliances that were not to be used, shoes under dresser in entrance hallway, spices and food ingredients in kitchen cupboards, etc. Chain on door broken/not working - and therefore concerned re personal security.

Great facilities, awesome 75” TV! Great location

It was very obvious that it was someone’s home with their personal effects tucked under the bed and their food still in the cupboard which made things a touch uncomfortable at first. Felt like I was intruding and they could walk in at any moment. Felt I had to be really really quiet all the time, even turning the sound low on the tv and reading subtitles

Really nice modern space, in a good location! Living space is really good with a nice TV.

Not bad but the bed was very firm, and not the most comfortable

Location was ideal for our needs. Check in was easy. It had all the things we needed.

The bed was very uncomfortable, it's just foam and it felt very firm and unsupportive. The pillows were also foam but not of a standard shape, so for people who don't use this type, they're awkward and uncomfortable. There are no black out curtains in the bedroom, so it is very illuminated during the night. We really needed a good night sleep as we one of us was doing the Brighton Marathon the day after. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The floor was sticky (assume it was because the floor cleaner was too concentrated). The bathroom plug didn't work (it was permanently closed), and the kitchen tap wasn't even attached. The shower head is tiny, the pressure is really good but it needed a better head. There is only one sharp knife and it was huge. Warning: All pots and pans are stored in the oven, so check it before you switch it on. Otherwise, you might melt them!

compact but perfect size single bedroom flat, able to self cater with good kitchenette area in living room, great tv comfortable bed ,great bathroom with hairdryer in cupboard

being very picky here, as very little to dislike, but sofa low and squishy, a little cushion for lumbar support would have helped , address on website was a bit vague - no property number or name, just the road.
