The property management. On day 1, we arrived and the A/C wasn’t working. After informing the property manager and chatting to him for a while, he shared some screenshots clearly showing he knew about the issues, didn’t say anything and still allowed me to check in. The worst part was that I had to stayed behind and deal with the technician myself since he didn’t show up. My dog was over heating so I couldn’t just simply leave. The alternative he offered was to cancel the booking saying this was fully refundable, which was not true based on the terms and conditions on booking.com. I stayed from 12/30 to 1/5 and made two separate bookings. The place was not cleaned and after multiple requests, we managed to get new towels the day before the check out, which were very smelly and dirty. We had sand all over the apartment which we couldn’t even clean ourselves because there was no broom or something to clean. Too many white lies, too many inconveniences. Dirty place.
