Good location, and the apartment was a good space between 2 people. Good for long term stays as the property is big enough. The security guard/caretaker of the building was super nice and helpful! Having the washing machine was really good.

The shower design is bad and water was always clogged up every time we use the shower. The caretaker had to come a few times to fix it and owner was good at responding.

The total area in the unit is beyond my expectations. The space has been more than sufficient.

At the shower area, the water cannot go through the drain fast enough, resulting in the accumulated water flowing out of the toilet. A drain allowing larger fluid flow might be necessary.

it's a nice spacious apartment with everything that you would need such as a fridge freezer, iron and cooking utensils. the area was a short taxi ride from the Medina and a 20 min walk from M avenue. The airport is only a 20 min car ride away. close to main attractions and good food spots/cafes. The owner Youssef was very polite and accommodating, we were given a cot as requested and he helped with any issues/concerns immediately.

as we have a young child, we struggled taking our pram up and down the stairs as the lift only begins from the first floor. The entrance is in an alley which is dark at night.

Nice, modern, spacious and well maintained apartment, Clean, very well equipped, 2 smart TVs, Central and very convenient location, 2 small shops in front of the apartment which is very convenient, friendly and helpful host, excellent wifi, very comfortable bed, very practical sofa bed as well, good value for money.

Elevator doesn't serve the first floor where the apartment is located, so be prepared if you’re bringing a lot of luggage. The bathroom floor tends to get a bit wet after each shower, and having more full-sized bath towels would be helpful. These are minor issues compared to the overall experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Bathroom room shower floor gets very wet while running the shower.

The area was very bad for families too many men around the apparment and as soon as you walk in you get intimated by men for money and wasn't clean at all was very dirty and not as described or pictures
