Breakfast was nice and room was clean. Staff very lovely

Had our payment taken and then got told the restaurant wasn’t open. Would of liked to of known if the restaurant was closed

Location was great we went for a family funnerl and the wake was at the hotel hence why we stayed there

The Hotel is a lovely old building, well decorated and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms excellent.

Unfortunately I would say the hotel is primarily a wedding venue and not set up for guests Mon - Thursday. 2 main issues nobody around and bar / lounge areas closed from between 8/9pm. The breakfast is only available between 8.30am and 10am. The reality being that after ordering the breakfast is only available 8.45am onwards. All this is far too late for anybody staying and working in the area. This needs to change.

The hotel is lovely and quiet

It was all nice

On arrival at Kedleston Country House, we were greeted warmly in a friendly manner and made to feel most welcome. The room was clean, the bathroom was bright and clean, and we had facilities to make a hot drink. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a very tasty included breakfast. We hope to return again in the near future.

Only one socket behind the side tables. Needs another ideally for phone charging
