Would 100% stay again! Beautiful room, gorgeous bathroom with freestanding bath, robe and even bath salts! And I was leaving too early for breakfast so they chef gave me a continental breakfast to take to my room. Amazing service. Lots of parking right outside too, and very very close to Derby city centre! Dream.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The rooms were incredibly spacious with beautiful high ceilings that made everything feel so open and airy. The countryside location was peaceful and picturesque—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast each morning was absolutely excellent, with fresh, delicious options that really set the day off right. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was so peaceful and beautiful; the views were wonderful. The room was bright and clean, the staff were polite and kind, and the breakfast was amazing! Such good quality food! We will absolutely be booking to come back again! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay ❤️

Lovely hotel, beautiful room, shower was brilliant and bed was comfy. We booked for an evening meal which was delicious as was breakfast. Would definitely book again
