Bed was reasonably comfortable

I could go on for quite a while. The main issue was there was no free parking. What they were trying to say was that you could park on the street. Their statement was "ample street parking". It was extra hard to find a spot on the street; it was not ample. The people at the desk were not helpful to the point of evasion. Also we saw a couple rent a room for 2 hours and came out after about 15 minutes. Though we paid for 3 days, we left after one night. So far they are refusing a refund and have been very hard to reach by phone.

There is nothing good about this place at all. The place is dirty, the beds are so uncomfortable they put me in to the hospital with back problems, tbe pillows were dirty, the place has bugs. It's not what is advertised. it's a horrible hotel. I would rather sleep in the woods than this place. I hope everyone reads this review before you book a room. Its a nasty place , all they care about is making a dollar, and their customer service does not exist. It's dirty and nasty there. It's loud at night, and the location is horrible. The front door wouldn't shut. I had to stay up all night so no one would come into the room,I was in. It was a horrible experience. Please save yourself from a horror story. This place is a dump. This place has nasty bugs, and it's dirty

The only think nice I can say is the shower was modern and convenient. Gave you two shower heads and water pressure was great.

After I checked in I asked what the amenities were at the hotel? The lady at the desk did not know what amenities were. Very broken English for all who worked there. The bedspread and sheet had holes in them. We had a deluxe king and it was so tiny, you couldn't open the refrigerator without hitting the AC. You couldn't roll the desk chair as there was not enough room to move it. There were no wash cloths, the towels were threadbare, both soap dispensers empty, the bathroom sink faucet hanging on by a thread, No hangars, no shelf in the bathroom. Our toilet backed up and we went to the front desk, were told no maintenance would be in for two days. So we could just deal with it or change rooms, my husband ending up fixing it. Groups of people sitting outside in the hallways using the wall outlets to care for elderly, talk on cell phones and do their hair. TV's blaring at 3am, subways right outside the window running constantly. Very sketchy, scary neighborhood.

Poor service and every thing is old and not new.

All the vending machines are down. And then the surroundings are kind of shaky. I feel a lot of pressure walking through the park from the metro station.

Great spot cozzy clean

On 1st day a lady from reception started yelling at 4am and woke us up because of argument with another guest. At 2nd somebody started vacuuming room next to ours at 2am and started the door lock alarm and left it on for couple hours!!!! Despite the fact that hair dryer was mentioned to be available there was none in the room or even at the reception desk. Area next to the hotel is full of trash and homeless people, not safe at all. Also inside you can smell smoke all the time and strange smell from AC. Bathroom has signs of mold, mattress has a plastic cover on it therefore every move on the bed generates strange noise and it’s really hard to rest. If you have no other option it’s ok for one-two nights maximum but only if your expectations are very low and you have very limited budget

The pillow was not soft at all, there was constant noise outside in the hallway and the only nice area was bathroom with half used shampoo. Very disappointed.
