Faltava uma cozinha e a casa de banho era muito pequena mesmo e fora do quarto, ainda que privativa, torna-se chato

The location was perfect. The cleaning lady was polite, as was the host, which we never saw in person, but whenever we addressed issues via WhatsApp, he was eager and quick to accommodate, like taking care of an incident with noisy guests in neighbouring rooms on our 2nd and 3rd night.

Our room had outdated decor and furnishings, and it was the same throughout the entire establishment. The bathrooms aren't inside your room, they're across the hallway. No toiletries are supplied, so bring your own. There is only toilet paper supplied, hand wash, as well as a blow dryer, but no power outlet, so you take it back to your room to use. Towels are replaced if you notify them the day before to change them. The room had a mini fridge, but not even a bottle of water was supplied. No extra blankets in the wardrobe for colder nights. There is a radiator in the room, but it wasn't turned on at all for winter nights, and no air-conditioning unit for the summer season. There is one electric kettle, 2 cups and 2 spoons. A microwave unit is available in a designated area in the hallway. The beds were far to low and difficult to get up off of, and as I mentioned before the remaining furniture was outdated, mismatched, damaged, oversized and made the space in the room smaller. The floor boards were damaged, the plastic plants were unnecessary, the curtain system could use an upgrade, and a new paint job is well needed in the rooms and throughout the building. The host makes up for this as best he can, so he gets our positive rating.
