I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was disgusting—dirty, everything was damaged, the towels and bed linen looked unwashed, and there was mold and fungus all over the walls. From the moment we arrived, there was zero information about how to check in. There is no reception at all—just a tiny table labeled “security,” which was completely empty the entire time. When we asked staff for help, instead of assisting us, they laughed, shouted at us, and told us to wait for security. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half with no support whatsoever. There was also no response through Booking, so we were completely stuck with no way to get help. When security finally showed up, we were told we should have checked WhatsApp for instructions. This is ridiculous—none of us use WhatsApp, and there was absolutely no prior information that anything would be sent there. This place is completely unacceptable. Poor organization, rude staff, and horrible conditions. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.
