Really good location. Very much old-school-cool. Grab taxis literally waiting outside all day made getting anywhere really easy. Clean big room, good A/C, friendly staff.

Don't know whether this was just because it was off season but the bar terrace was very run down/not open. Although the rooms/pool were very well maintained, some bits of the property seem to have seen better days.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, therefore quiet Direct beach access Very large room Good shower Iron and ironing board were available to borrow free of charge A few meters along the beach, you'll find a trendy restaurant with a DJ starting at 5:00 PM

Cleanliness could be improved... It is a hotel with rooms,there are no bungalows The balconies of the unoccupied rooms looked very dirty. I saw a rat near the beach loungers in the morning... A small cocktail bar would be a plus No breakfast available...

We were greeted warmly by the property manager, Haa who also helped us with our bag's zip which suddenly malfunctioned. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Washroom was clean as well but there was nothing to separate shower area from the WC area. Hence, a simple shower would also make the whole washroom including WC and Basin super wet. That was the only drawback we found. Location wise it is at the best one. Since its in Central Phu Quoc, it was convenient to commute to both North and South. Excellent for people who eat only vegetarian food. Plenty of options at just 5 minutes walk. Property is right at the beach, so great for beach lovers as well. We could not make the most of the beach as we were busy travelling and sight seeing.

Chỗ nghỉ ngay sát biển, ra khỏi cửa phòng là biển. Phòng ốc đẹp rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Đặc biệt anh chị chủ cực kỳ nhiệt tình. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu lại đến Phú Quốc!

If we had a problem it was attended to immediately. Very good staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with direct beach access from the bungalow and easy access to nearby attractions by taxi or by walking. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, we loved having a ground floor bungalow and walking out to the pool right outside our door, the pool was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in there every day, I miss it a lot actually, the staff were so friendly and kept our room nice and clean each day, I would highly recommended this hotel as a great value for money place to stay.

It would be great to have non slip mats for the shower as the floor is very slippery, and it was upsetting that it wasn’t made clearer to us about having to pay cash for laundry and mini bar, as we didn’t have enough cash left and didn’t have enough time to get to the atm and then airport, it was embarrassing as we really did appreciate the staff so very much and would never want to create an issue like that, it left us feeling terrible about the situation. Perhaps a sign in the room to explain this clearly would have helped or a print out when checking in.
