Former Steve McQueen’s home

What an experience to stay at Steve McQueen's former home! The hosts have done such a great job to recreate a Hollywood feel that makes you feel as cool as McQueen was himself! The photo opps are endless and the home is spacious and the outdoor area is huge! The hosts were very responsive and kind, they provide makeup wipes, shower caps & sleeping masks which were very useful. They also started us off with a bottle of sparkling wine and some local toffee which was delicious! We also appreciated the provided espresso capsules, creamers and sugar. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but why bother with so many good restaurants within a few minutes drive from the home? It was just my husband and I but we can imagine it'd be a fun property to spend with friends or family, there is so much space indoors and outdoors including a grill, fire pit and hot tub. All around a great spot in Palm Springs, will definitely book again, 3 nights wasn't enough time!

I would definitely recommend adding the pool heating as it's a very large pool and was too cold to swim in without heating it even with desert temps still being in the 80s and 90s. It's a great pool so definitely worth adding the heat so you can really enjoy it and even use the iconic diving board!

Wonderful stay in a mid-century modern shrine to Steve McQueen - lots of fun touches. Comfortable house, and the pool was an amazingly fun attraction when daytime temperatures were in triple digits

We like mid-century modern, but some aspects may not be to everyone’s taste: bathroom next to bedrooms has two powder rooms separated by the two-doored shower room. Pierre Cardin kitchen is more beautiful than highly functional. The charm outweighs all the MCM inconveniences.

Vintage and very well appointed. Beautifully decorated and extra fun surprises in every room. All of the movie photos and props made for a fun photo session recreating some of McQueen’s iconic looks.

Beautiful decor, spacious, good facilities, including coffee machine and coffee capsules. We loved that the house has old Steve McQueen furniture, it gives it an amazing character. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. The house has everything you need. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come to Palm Springs.

Hot Tub was too acidic hence we couldn’t really use it. When cleaners come to clean the house between visits they should also check PH levels at the pool and hot tub. No curtains in the bedrooms meant we were waking up with the sunrise which wasn’t ideal.
