Nice enough accommodation in a good location. The owner and staff were pleasant. The food served were also pretty decent. The room was spacious and clean.

For the inflated new years price of 10k per night, I would have hoped to have a working bidet as well as more consistent hot water and internet. I under the remoteness of Goa but every restaurant/establishment I went to had better WiFi. I didn't need to use the internet often as I was out much of the time but when I did it was better to take my iPad to a restaurant.

Good location with taxi and scooter hire close by, close to the beach with many restaurants close by, the owner was happy to help out when we had questions, and was very friendly.

All rooms seem to be smoking rooms so there can cigarette smell in the rooms
