The apartment is really beautiful. It is decorated in a unique style with beautiful wooden floors and lovely furniture. It was in a wonderful location within walking distance of all the sights and restaurants of the old town.. It is really roomy with 2 very spacious bedrooms and a third bedroom leading off one of them. The shower in the main bathroom works fine. It has a big silver knob in the middle. You just move it upwards to get the water flowing and it also controls the temperature. The apartment has a lovely big sun filled terrace which was amazing considering we were right in the city. We would be happy to stay there again if we are ever back in Lecce.

Spacious apartment with a nice terrace that one of the main bedrooms opened up to. Plus in a great location on a quiet street & just a few minutes walk to historical centre, which was exactly what we wanted. Most importantly aircon that worked was great in the the two main big bedrooms, even though the aircon in the kitchen didn't work , we were given a courtesy fan which we managed to find very handy when cooking.

There were just a few things which could have been better, and realised weren't resolved from a previous review about the similar inconveniences that were had with us, such as, there being zero bin bags provided, no detergents whatsoever in the kitchen such as dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid & no tea towels ( we ended up having to use a small bathroom towel to resolve this) we only found a couple of sponges & nothing else. These are the most fundamental basics that most holiday apartments I've ever experienced have always provided! The wooden chairs around the kitchen table were a bit dated, where some were wobbly and felt a bit unstable, one chair we had to avoid with it's loose leg that literally fell off when moved! More over, the fridge door didn't shut properly, including the freezer door, that had a piece of card inserted in the door to help it shit tight. The shower door in one of the ensuite bedrooms we discovered was loose, off the rail, and unable to open or shut properly, plus it wasn't obvious how to turn on water. A power button on the wall when switched on allowed the radio , lights & fan to work but not the water, because the two knobs inside shower were a design that appeared they needed to be turned! We asked the agent a few times & she persisted to say it worked & we needed to fiddle with the knobs. After giving up for a couple of days we eventually figured out it was like a lever & just needed to be lifted! Even though we saw the funny side of the situation and finally worked out the shower , we couldn't use it due the faculty door & we all had to share the one other shower. In conclusion it's a pity , with such a nice spacious place in a great location that these things should have been checked sorted out, & to provide the simple basic & fundamental commodities such as bin bags etc, which is not the responsibility of the clients

Schön und großzügig.

La casa está en una zona estupenda, junto al casco antiguo. No tiene molestias por ruidos. Es espaciosa, bonita, luminosa y decorada con gusto. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias (menos en la habitación de la litera). Sábanas y toallas empaquetadas individualmente. Colchones y almohadas buenos. Sería perfecta salvo por la dejadez y falta de mantenimiento y limpieza por parte de los gestores.

Llegamos un domingo por la tarde, en fiestas, y la casa no tenía papel de WC, ni de cocina, ni plancha ni perchas (solo 3 para toda la casa). La chica que nos atendió lo trajo al día siguiente, pero tuvimos que invertir la tarde en buscar donde poder comprarlo. Esto es una total dejadez por parte del anfitrión. Tampoco había productos de limpieza, ni trapos, ni bolsas de basura, ni pastillas para lavavajillas, ni jabón ni nada para fregar los platos. Es inadmisible que exijan que dejemos los platos limpios al salir de la casa, imponiendo una sanción económica si no lo hacemos, y que no tengan NADA para limpiarlos. Aunque lo pedimos, no nos lo quisieron facilitar. La vivienda estaba limpia pero la escalera de acceso, la terraza y el lavadero estaban muy muy sucios. Las tapas del WC de ambos baños estaban sueltas/rotas, la mampara de la ducha de uno de los baños estaba descolgada y no cerraba, el grifo del lavabo de ese baño no tenía agua fría, no podías lavarte porque te quemabas. La pata de una silla estaba desencolada y se salía. Habíamos leído críticas de anteriores huéspedes en este sentido, pero no les dimos importancia porque pensamos que tratándose de cosas fácilmente subsanables, los anfitriones las habrían solucionado al instante. Pero no. Es una pena que una casa tan bonita y con tantas posibilidades resulte inconfortable por culpa de la dejadez y desatención de sus gestores. También consideramos que debería explicarse mejor que la vivienda no tiene 3 dormitorios independientes, sino dos dormitorios con cama grande y baño incorporado, ambos, y un pequeño habitáculo con una litera anexo al dormitorio principal, sin a/a ni ventilador, que solo serviría en caso de destinarse a algún niño pequeño.

De locatie was super. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Het was schoon

Niet alle airco's werkten even goed. En een tip zou zijn om vaatwastabletten neer te leggen.

All'arrivo siamo stati ben accolti all'ingresso e con gran flessibilità di orario. La casa si presentava pulita, ordinata, ben arredata. Le lenzuola e asciugami profumati e singolarmente imbustati. Letti e cuscini comodi. Stanze luminose. 2 bagni comodi.

La scalinata potrebbe risultare un pochino scomoda.
