Victorian Renovation Room 3

The location was good, nice and quiet, and good transport links into Liverpool. Breakfast was nice, good selection of cereals and fresh fruit. However, we would have liked to have had some Toast and preserves on offer too! Karl was the most attentive host, and the House and Decor are exceptional.Spotlessly clean.

There isn't anything that we didn't like, we had a lovely stay!

Quiet location. Healthy breakfast options. Host was very accommodating. Fresh and airy room. Excellent facilities. Bus stops near by if needed. Lovely seating area arctge front. Secure off road parking if needed.

Karl was the most delightful and accommodating host. He has done a great job at renovating this beautiful home. He wanted us to be comfortable and his attention to our needs was exceptional. He even set up the tv so we could watch the soccer match.

More places to sit besides the bed and a place to sitand set items on in front of a mirror to put on makeup or do your hair if someone was in the bathroom. There were very few accessible outlets, but still a great stay

There was plenty of choice . The breakfast room was spotless. The location was very convenient for Aintree Racecourse.

10/10! Wonderful stay! The host Karl was truly a super host – friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommended!
