This property is not friendly for foreigner. Please consider thousand times if you are about to choose to have you stay here if you are not Indonesian as you would find extra difficulty to request for your refund of deposit. The staff is not helpful and the company is not come out to globally adapt international transaction. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT if you are a foreigner without indonesia bank account they would not refund the deposit to you.
