The facility was exceptionally good. I will visit again and again. The ambience was beyond my expectations.The staff was warm and friendly. The booking is also easy without challenge giving options in advance.

So far I don't have any dislikes.

"Confortable bed room but lack of professionalism"

The room was confortable and clean The location was good

We ordered a breakfast and a packed lunch The day before but both were delayed and we had to leave 1-hour late The breakfast was not good (dry chicken, the hots beverages were not served...) The staff wanted to enter the room without Knocking while we were inside The payment details provided were wrong so we paid on the wrong account. Then they asked us to do the reversal, which didn't work and took time from us and didn't work The washroom' window overlooks the reception
