I can’t saymuch

I never got to stay at the property as they cancelled my booking stating that I didn’t pay while Bookings.com gave me an option to pay at the property which is something they should take it up with Bookings.com instead of saying that I must pay before my stay

I can only say the best about this place. The best hotel of my entire trip. Very good and friendly owner! When we entered, the hotel was not full and the host gave us a superior room free of charge, which was very good, clean, spacious and also had a terrace where a friendly zebra came every morning. Very tasty food - both breakfast and dinner. Very good service staff. Every morning you can also go to feed the animals on the hotel grounds - antelopes, giraffes, zebras, ostriches. I recommend, very good!

Marko and his staff were exceptional. Friendly and welcoming from the moment we pulled in until the minute we left. Will def be visiting again

Lovely property with very friendly owner and staff who really looked after you. Definitely much better than staying in Hoedspruit if you have a vehicle. Meals were really excellent. Due to the late dry season they were hand feeding the game daily so I had a great opportunity to see Sable, Eland and other game up close. Very relaxing.

I like everything about the place cleanliness , the staff very friendly and welcoming. And the food very delicious

Breakfast was good. Loved the location and the wildlife. The lodge was excellent.

Clean, modern facilities run by the most amazing staff we have ever encountered in all our travels. Lusando, Paulina, Yvonne, Lucas and Tshepo made sure we had a memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made sure our every request was provided. The food prepared and presented by Pauline and Yvonne was outstanding and generous. The bonus of having the watering hole and feeding point right next to the restaurant was fabulous as the amazing animals could be viewed while we had breakfast and most of them could be seen there throughout the day. We also appreciated the complimentary game drives with the informative Lusando and Lucas. Seriously I cannot say enough good things about this place, I highly recommend it. We were sorry to leave and will definitely be back, just to experience the warm hospitality again. Keep up the awesomeness.

There was nothing we didn't like

The facilities and the amenities are top rated, all matches the pleasure of the environment surrounding the lodge. And everything is fitted with high technologies. The location is fine, we have no problem at all to find it. And the side road from the main route until the place is well maintained. The mattresses were super confortable, as well as the sheets and the pillows. The shower room, amazing. Nice private car park. Wifi connection flies all around. The swimming pool is simply spectacular, very enjoyable. The Breakfast and the dinner served every day were one of the highlights of our staying: Niky has freshly prepared both of them every day and plus, we never repeated a single dinner (made up for starter, main and dessert). Quite generous about the quantity. And the flavours .... mmmmmmmm ... she has let clear is a great chef ! There is a waterhole conveniently located nearby from where we can saw the animals daily at our breakfast time, really a sooooo nice and peaceful experience. And the best of the best: THE STAFF !!! We were assisted by 6 of them, everyone on his own role, doing a great work team all around, all the time. It has been one of our keys to have an incredibly vacations :) ! Professional, polite, very friendly, super nice ... this staff is a sort of privilege for everybody having a time there ... they are one of the best we have met in our long time traveling around the world ... we are very very thankful about it ... I should do an infinite statement about this, because the guys have really done it perfectly. They made us feel like if we were at home, or even over it ... The Lodge is definitely and by very very far, highly recommended to everyone willing to have an excellent experience.

Nothing to improve, all is really fantastic :)

We have been travelling SA for four weeks and Thandolwami Bushlodge was by far the best place we stayed at. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, the staff was very friendly and kind. The whole location and the pool were very clean. The view from the pool is amazing with wild animals just a few meters away. We ended up extending for one night because we enjoyed it there so much!
