Super Hotel O Eminent Hotel

Despite making a booking I was informed on arrival that foreign guests not allowed. That is a waste of my time - even though another hotel was found it was not the one I booked/chose originally. Show more respect to foreign guests in your country by making it clear on Booking.com. There should be some compensation for this inconvenience from the hotel and/or Booking.com

Initially the staff refused me to check in

Hotel was in center of city

Room size was small. No proper facilities; had to ask each time. Hotel denied check-in even after booking. Manager repeatedly denied check-in. Said it's fully booked, even though later realized 2-3 rooms were empty.

Anything likable in this property is the location. Most of the tourist destinations are nearby with multiple street food options.

Well, there's a lot actually. First would be the room. The moment I stepped inside, I felt claustrophobic. I have paid around 2.5K INR per day, and for that money, I got no electric kettle with complimentary snack options. I had to call the reception and ask for a soap, cause there weren't any when I entered. Not the best service to be very honest. If you're ignorant and aren't traveling with your partner, you'd be fine. These are my honest review after staying in the property for a couple of days
