"Questionable Cleanliness and No Comfort"

There was an elevator and a washing machine.

This place is maybe suitable at 1/2 the price point for a solo college student. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture. Around the toilet and bidet hadn't been cleaned in ages. The things I found in the shower, I don't even want to think about. Shower not draining properly. Mismatched rags as towels. No trash can liners. Blanket had not been washed in between guests. One pillow per person. Honestly I have no idea how the reviews thus far are positive. Avoid unless you need to be near the train station and are desperate.

The apartment was spacious, close to the bus and train station and within walking distance of the centre of town. The apartment was in a gated area which provided security and the surrounding gardens were very well maintained and provided a sheltered to sit. The owners were friendly, welcoming and informative.

The shower was rather small. It would be helpful if an iron was provided at the property.
