The Crows Nest Apartment

Great location for our visit. Nice views. Spacious.

Despite requesting that the sofa bed be made up ahead of our visit and having this confirmed via email , on arrival this was not the case. We could not find spare sheets in apartment and so notified services. We were told that sheets should be in a cupboard but housekeeping would be requested to make up sofa bed. We advised that would be ok as we were going out. On our return we found that the sheets had simply been left in the kitchen lounge area. We had to make the sofa bed up ourselves. Not what we were expecting. The sheets were not a good fit for the sofa bed. Other observations : The apartment was grubby in places with hand and splatter marks on the walls in the bedroom. The kitchen freezer was frozen over and the doors to the bedrooms did not shut … the doors did not appear to fit the frames. The bathroom extractor fan switch had been left off and so the bathroom was mouldy in places.

The only thing we’d have liked is a bit more kitchen equipment - colander / bigger pan or wok etc.

Good location for the Plymouth - 30 minute or less walk to Shopping, Plymouth Pavillon, The Hoe

Unfortunately the stay wasn't for pleasure, but if it had been then it would have been fantastic. Great size apartment, very good location, stunning view, clean and had everything that was needed, particularly the addition of the sofa bed. Would stay there again.

When we arrived, there was no duvet cover, sheet or pillows for the sofa bed. However when I rang the Imperial they sent someone round within 30 minutes, with what was required.
