Great hotel and great location

Wish the room was in seaview

Company we were in was good. Shower was good

The bed was uncomfortable. Decorating was bad. Cheep coffee. No toilet brush to clean the toilet

I didn't have breakfast. Location very good

Batteries in remote dead. Missed one night tv. No soap in the dispenser for a shower. Ceiling light gone, had to shave in the main room. First 2 rectified. No problem.

Location was good, staff excellent and the rooms despite being a tad dated were clean and functional

The location was handy

Booked a sea view but the windows had that much condensation you couldn't see it. Also no shower/hair gel in the bathroom. No plug sockets near the bed so couldn't plug CPAP machine in. Paid for early check-in but our friends who we arrived with didn't and they were ok to check in early so I asked why I should pay and they weren't helpful at all. Would also have liked to know I could have parked free instead of paying for the pay and display next to the hotel.

Reception staff were lovely

There we coffee stains on the wall near the dresser, the bin wasn't emptied there was a banana peel in the bin with some clothes tags and there was strands of hair on the bed side tables, with it being a Friday night there were guests coming in from nights out banging doors and shouting at each other , which you can't control so should use ear plugs next time

Perfect location. Staff are friendly and helpful.
