The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was pleasant and situated just outside of the downtown core.

I loved everything! The place, the staff, the quiet, everything was perfect!

The hotel is beautiful, right amongst nature. The staff were awesome 🙌 they go above and beyond, nothing is a problem.

We stayed 5 days and wouldve liked our room serviced at some point. Just a small issue, they cleaned the bathroom and provided clean towels each day, its just nice to come back to fresh sheets at the end of a busy day.

This is such a lovely hotel, the staff are so nice, the breakfasts are excellent and the rooms are very nice. It's quiet and calm, and very peaceful. I got a free upgrade, but my original room was also so nice the main difference was the other was slightly bigger main and bathroom, and a view of the pond and palms instead of the pool. Both rooms were very nice, and definitely worth the price! Just a heads up it is about 3 km from town, this was a plus for me since the peace and quiet was very important, especially after staying in Manila for a few days before. It is super easy to get a ride through Grab (like Uber) and the ride is only a few minutes to the old town.

L'emplacement, le batiment, la piscine. Le lieu a un vrai potentiel, dommage que l'expérience ait été si mauvaise.

Nous avions réservé via booking 2 chambres similaires de grande taille. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu une petite chambre qui ne correspondait pas, ni au descriptif ni aux photos. Pas d'explication, pas d'excuse. Le lendemain les photos booking avaient été modifiées, et on essaye de me faire croire que j'ai ce que j'ai réservé, alors même que sur le descriptif discponible en chambre ce que j'ai ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai réservé! J'ai demandé un lit d'appoint plusieurs fois, sans succès alors qu'il y en avait à côté de la piscine. J'ai installé mon bébé sur des coussins par terre, avec les peignoirs en guise de draps. J'ai demandé s'il y avait des serviettes de piscine on m'a informé que non alors qu'il y en avait, je l'ai vu le 2 ème jour. La communication avec le personnel a été très décevante : derrière des faux sourires j'ai ressenti qu'on ne me traitait pas correctement. Notre seule déception de 3 semaines au Vietnam, qui laisse un goût amer de Hoi An.
