AC in the hot italian summer was a big plus for us and our baby Location and view were amazing And breakfast was very yummy everyday Paulo (the owner) is amazing person and good chef and great tour guide .. our kid has an allergy and he was very careful cooking her food so that nothing is contaminated.. not everyone does this honestly so we are extra thankful for that!

This might be the best b&b experience we ever had. The host is pouring all his heart into the place and it shows in every detail. We asked for vegan breakfast options and were fed like royalty. The location is beautiful!

You do need a car to get around!

B&B: The B&B is very stylish and beautiful, with a great mix of modern and old and located in a typical Italian house. The garden is well maintained and the view is amazing. You see all the surroundings, beautiful houses, the lake and the mountains. It also offers parking and a nice breakfast area. Our room was beautiful too, very clean, a great bathroom and a balcony! Location: The location could not be better for exploring everything the region has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer to see more. Como, Bellaggio, Varenna, Lecco and lots of other cute places around lago di Como are easy to reach by car. Even Milano, Monza or Bergamo are not far. The B&B is also set in a cute town with very nice houses, streets, churches… Host: Paolo! Words do not do justice about how he made our stay exceptional. He is super friendly, always up for a chat, gives great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, places to go (everyday he took his time to write down a whole itinerary for us!). Additionally we could always text him during the day if we had any questions. He was a perfect host. Food: The breakfast was amazing!! I cannot emphasize enough how yummy his self-made things (Focaccia, Brioche, cakes…) were and a lot of variety. Every day there was something new we could try! Loved it! Also great coffee. We loved everything and will surely come back! Can 100% recommend staying there!

The beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets, Paulo’s hospitality, generosity and perfectionism.

Everything was perfect. Our room was clean and there are everything we needed. The view from balcony is amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, very delicious! Paolo is very friendly, nice person. He helped us with our itinerary and told a lot about lake Como. I absolutely recommend this place.
