Das man auf meine Wünsche nicht eingegangen ist ,und das Essen hat uns überhaupt nicht zugesagt. Und es gab nur Wasser zum Abendbrot und Tee .Ein Kinderbüffet hat uns gefehlt .

The size of the apartments. It must’ve been a 4 star hotel many many years ago, but because of location, the disgusting smell, bad management and outdated furniture it is sadly at best only a 2 star hotel now.

Where do I start? There are so many things…. First of all, in the rooms are pieces of paper from the hotel bribing guests with discounts on their next stay if they leave a good review with Booking.com. So, that automatically devalues any good review you read because you can’t trust that people aren’t just writing it for a discount! Second of all, the property must be lying on a sewage canal or a garbage dump because there is constantly a disgusting smell around the hotel which stops you from opening the windows. The shower head in our bathroom was so mouldy we had to ask to have it replaced or cleaned straight away! The closest access to the beach was up about 5 flights of stairs which was very inconvenient as we had a pram to push up each time and on one flight of stairs the ramp which someone had handmade went into the railing so you couldn’t even use it! It was very tricky with a baby and pram! The hotel claims to have free wifi throughout but not once could I connect to it nor was it written anywhere for the guests to use. When I tried to approach the reception desk, the woman was rude and told me impolitely to just wait! There was no soap or not even a soap dispenser in the lobby bathrooms! The beds are too soft and need updating! The pillows were a joke! I could literally fold my pillow into quarters, that’s how little the stuffing was inside them! We booked exactly the same room as my in-laws and they got a dining table and chairs in their room which they didn’t need but we did need that as we have 2 kids. The receptionist should’ve know that when we were checking in together that we have kids so maybe we should have the room with the dining table and chairs. I call this bad management!

Przestrzeń, cisza, uczynny personel, bardzo urozmaicone posiłki, pani na recepcji z zaangażowaniem pomogła nam w zorganizowaniu transportu na lotnisko!!

Dobre śniadania. Przestronny pokój. Miła obsługa.

Hotel niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Na suficie w łazience grzyb, bardzo niewygodna sofa - nie nadająca się do spania, dodatkowo płatne szlafroki, brudna wykładzina w pokoju, malutki basen z zimną wodą, parking hotelowy dla gości również płatny. W otoczeniu hotelu często panuje bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, który nawet dociera do plaży - może to z pobliskiej oczyszczalni albo z pojemników odpadowych - jest naprawdę uciążliwy i podczas naszego pobytu niestety utrudnione było przez to przebywanie na balkonie lub otwarcie okna na noc.

Przepyszne jedzenie, blisko do morza

Grzyb na ścianach w łazience, zepsute drzwi przesuwne, problemy z wifi, tłumy na basenie xe względu na brak pogody, stara część hotelu wymaga remontu..smród na zewnątrz..chyba z oczyszczalni

Frukosten var för oss som aldrig varit Polen mycket speciell. Vi åt oss mätta men inget stack ut som riktigt gott. Det var en fruktansvärd ljudvolym i matsalen från 8:30 - 10:30 men personalen som jobbade var mycket skickliga och gjorde sitt bästa.

Ingen städning under hela vår vistelse (3 nätter) trots att vi bad om det 2ggr i receptionen. Wifi fungerade i enbart 12 timmar efter att routern byttes. När den nya routern också slutade att fungera sa jag till i receptionen, men inget hände. AC i sovrummet började läcka, våra kläder blev blöta. En tekniker kom på dagen för att fixa den men den började läcka igen på natten. Slutligen var det krångligt att betala för parkering, kostnaden för parkeringen var på tok för dyr. Det var billigare att parkera i centrala Berlin.

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Strand, leckeres Essen, geräumiges Zimmer, kostenloses Parken in der Nähe (wenn man einen Parkplatz findet), relativ sauberes Zimmer

Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel würde man mehr erwarten. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, Schimmel in der Dusche, keine Balkonmöbel, kein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen von Badesachen. Die Hundegebühr von 18 Euro pro Nacht ist unverständlich und extrem hoch, man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass speziell gereinigt wird, auch ist der Hund im Restaurant nicht erlaubt und es gibt sonst keine Extras wie etwa Napf/Decke wie andere Hotels das haben.

Prostorný pokoj, ochotný personál, parkování, výborná lokalita,klid a ticho. Výhoda možnosti mít sebou pejsky. Velmi dobrá kuchyně.
