"They Should keep up on their reservations and honor them."

They cancelled the reservation when my boss arrive at the place, wihout offering to place him somewhere else or resolve it for him after they had already accepted the reservation, I don´t know why they leave the reservations open if they do not have any more space that's really bad on their management staff or staff in charge of that.

My boss had to wander about for over half an hour before I could find other accomodations for him because evething seem to be full in Guatemala at that time. Terrible for business.
