No Hotel available And I paid I need my refund and Disturbunce fees because I went to Hotel and I found nil

It's like being in the city but in the middle of industry. I forgot to take a picture of the insect.

They charge extra for electricity. There's no pest control; there are too many insects. It's not clean and poorly maintained. The water is cut off frequently. I'm worried they'll charge for water too. The manager is unresponsive. He's either slow to respond to messages or doesn't respond at all. It was a regrettable stay.

I liked the fact that it had a separate lounge and kitchen but the owner is completely neglected the property

Basic things like toilet paper not supplied, built in cupboards totally unusable, broken and not opening. Kitchen is filthy, mosquito net over the bed is extremely filthy with black dust a health hazard, bed mattress is worn out and noisy. Bathroom is constantly flooded ( plumbing maintenance issue), old and rusted soap holder in bathroom (unhygienic). Main door lock not locking (need replacement). Aircon not working (old) The only things that worked is WiFi and TV

I loved staying in this Romantic apartment in the heart of Dar Es Salaam. Its very homely environment. Neighbours next doors are very quiet and respectful. The owner of the property Lulu Adam is a very caring,friendly,nice lady apart from being professional. I highly recommend this place. This is a one bedroom apartment suitable for couples specially newly wedded couples to have privacy and a romantic gateaway. I will be returning again and will be booking for longer time. Rosy the caretaker is also a very friendly and a caring lady. Thank you so much Lulu for a fantastic awesome stay with my husband. Will be returning again soon🌺🌻🌹🌷🌸💐
