The bed and room was overall clean. Large parking lot.
No refrigerator or microwave in the room, no shampoo or conditioner, broken elevator several weeks in a row. Had to use staff elevator that was poorly marked, got lost going from room to lobby multiple times and ended up on the housekeeping floor. At times would exit elevator and lights would be off. Breakfast was not allergy friendly. Staff was inconsistent and obviously disengaged with their duties. Damage deposit has to be put on a “bank” card, they can charge for the room with Apple Pay/chime… but can’t get the refundable $100 deposit until 2-3 weeks after your stay. 1st stay, they didn’t take anything for a damage deposit, 2nd stay they did take the deposit. Staff was inconsistent about policies, rude when told about it. Elevator was broken and entry/exits not marked. Pick a door and hope you find the right one.
