"Room for everyone"

Awesome space with multiple good sized rooms with good heating throughout. Good to sleep three couples and then two more individuals if needed comfortably. We used this as a base for our wedding and it was perfect for the rest of our family to come and go as needed with enough space to prepare for our big day. Highly recommend.

Very spacious & clean The four bedrooms were seperate from the lounge 10 minutes walk to Eden park Lovely village shops and pub within 5 minutes walk

Very true to photos. All rooms were so spacious , clean and comfortable. Home had a very easy flow and made you feel at home . I had some guests over during our stay and they loved the property as well . Prime location in walking distance from shops , public transport , bars and eatery’s in Kingsland.

Minimal parking due to shared drive way for unit at the bottom , but not a big deal as can park on road outside of clearway hours .

Great place, great location, had everything that we needed, lots of room, and we would happily stay there everytime we go to auckland

The shower, and tv malfunctioned- wouldn't let us watch TV as others were using it.

Beautiful stay with everything you need to feel at home, very central with nice cafes and bars down the road. The host was awesome and replied fast if we needed anything.

There wasn't much we didn't like but we did find some dirty towels that had been left from the previous stay.

Very close to where we needed to be close to shops lay out was nice

Drive way was hard to get out of my son and daughter cars ended up hitting the guard rail on the foot path luckily not to much damage to the cars no internet connection no spare toilet paper had to get my son to bring some from his place shower handle didn't stay where you put it keeped falling down toilet door came off rails
