Clean, kitchen amenities provided, bed was comfortable and shower worked fine. Location is great and easily walkable to the city centre. There were plenty of shops surrounding Hollis Croft so you won't go hungry. Appreciate the earlier than usual check in and check out time (3pm/11am), and check in was easy.

The biggest issue for me is the very strong laundry/detergent smell which heavily affected my sleep and comfort (stayed on 2nd floor).

The rooms were sizeable and well planned. I had a bit of trouble with my first room as it was directly next to a constant noise that could have worsened my migraine headaches. The staff were eager to help out and found me another room away from the sound. Also, the manager was so helpful and adjusted my check out to accommodate for the purpose of my visit. I couldn't be more grateful.

I lost my wristwatch in the process of moving to my new room.

Good size room and clean with main facilities present

When I cook it made a bad smell in the whole room. The pots and pans were old and food cooking made smoke resulting in firearm being triggered. The oven worked well though and didn’t cause a smell

The overall experience was excellent.
